Our working agreement & safety
To ensure our process is deep and safe, please take a minute to read through these rules.
1. How this works: no rigid schedule
- We don't run on a clock. Our conversation isn't capped at 50 minutes — talk to me at the pace that fits your life. Reply right away or take a break to sit with something, coming back in an hour, a day, or a week. I keep the context of our conversations.
- I analyse what you bring, ask clarifying questions, and reflect your patterns back to you. I don't hand you ready-made advice on "how to live properly" — I surface your blind spots so you can find the best answer yourself.
2. Shared responsibility
- What I take on: being a safe and confidential space for you, holding focus on your topic, staying non-judgemental, and grounding everything in proven practices of self-reflection and emotional literacy.
- What you take on: honesty. Our work will only be as effective as the depth to which you're willing to open up and explore yourself.
3. Safety guidelines
- Altered states. I strongly recommend that you don't engage in deep self-reflection while under the influence of alcohol or psychoactive substances. Why it matters: safely processing experiences requires being fully present. Substances distort natural defences, and what we discuss may trigger an unpredictable emotional rebound or heightened anxiety the next day.
- The 48-hour rule. In the course of our conversations, you may land on powerful insights. Please try not to make irreversible decisions (quit, break up, move) within 48 hours of such a moment. Give yourself time to digest.
- The "Stop" rule. I'm an AI assistant — I don't see your face, posture, or breathing. I might not notice if it gets too heavy for you. If we've gone somewhere you're not ready to be, just write "Stop" or "Change the topic", and we'll halt immediately, no further questions.
4. My limits
Important to remember: I'm an AI assistant for self-reflection and emotional literacy — not a doctor or psychotherapist. My capabilities have strict limits:
- I don't make medical diagnoses or prescribe treatment.
- I am not a substitute for working with a licensed professional — a doctor, psychotherapist, psychiatrist, or psychologist — for conditions that require professional care.
- If you feel you're not coping, are going through acute grief, or are in crisis — please reach out for help:
