It's grounded in my 20 years of work in emotional literacy and the logic of my workbook Anti-Crisis Guide — a self-stabilization handbook drawn from a decade of expert practice. It started as a self-help tool and a navigator through hard times.
The framework contains algorithms and proven techniques from classical reflection traditions (at the core: a phenomenological method), detailed maps of feelings, states, needs, and the bodily signals that map to them.

We're honest — no one can give a 100% guarantee that an algorithm will never produce an atypical phrasing. What we do guarantee is full involvement. If the bot drifts from structure, our team (me as the author of the methodology and my technical partner) responds immediately.
